ANXIETY AND ANGER MANAGEMENT

Though both are different emotional expressions, the cause for both are similar, though degree of expression may differ.

How and when do we emote anxiety and anger?

4 reasons may be envisaged:

  1. CAN'T STANDITIS: When your response to a person or situation gets inflamed (like inflammation of a body part!), this behavioral aberration occurs: I prefer to call it Can't Standitis- you cannot stand the other person behave in a particular manner. In short, when things move against your will, anxiety and anger develop.
  2. AWFULIZING: When you start looking at things and happenings and see only the negative side, anxiety and anger start building up.
  3. MUSTURBATION: When you become obstinate or unreasonably perfectionist, your emotions become turbulent
  4. OTHER STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
