How and when do we emote anxiety and anger?

CAN'T STANDITIS: When your response to a
person or situation gets inflamed (like inflammation of a body part!), this
behavioral aberration occurs: I prefer to call it Can't Standitis- you cannot
stand the other person behave in a particular manner. In short, when things move
against your will, anxiety and anger develop.
AWFULIZING: When you start looking at
things and happenings and see only the negative side, anxiety and anger start
building up.
MUSTURBATION: When you become obstinate or
unreasonably perfectionist, your emotions become turbulent
