  1. Anticipation: Once you are conversant with your life change events, you may be able to anticipate major events well in advance. A car loan, house construction, job change all may be anticipated most of the time, though many unforeseen emergencies occur. But most of the time, life change events can be anticipated.

     

     

  2. Keeping Score: Keep your score uptodate. Once you have your score infront of you and it is showing excess stress score, you can postpone, for the time being atleast, potential stress inducers. These can be taken up later, once you have managed the previous stressors in the correct way. Oh my, my, am I preaching the impossible?

     

     

  3. Avoiding the Avoidable: A little bit of effort on your part can see a good amount of Stress Score being wiped off the board.
