Dear friends ,
My dear colleagues of solid-77 batch, the preparations for Silver Jubilee 77 Celebrations on 28th 29th & 30th Dec. 2001 are catching up momentum with every monthly meeting being held with active participation of many of our batch-mates of Nagpur. The details of programme are being worked out to make the event a memorable one in this meeting we have worked at some of the details what its gonna look like? The dates are finalized in view of X-mas vacation. So you have over six months to plan and organize your participation. Let us dedicate ourselves to make the programme a lifetime event. The success would primarily and predominantly depend on your MBBS (Miya, Bibi, Bachhe Sath) participation. Please find time to pen down your ideas and suggestions for the programme at the earliest.
On 28th Dec. 2001 the programme will start at 2 PM - down the memory lane. Visit to college campus, hospital, coffee house and fellowship. Inaugural function in the evening at college auditorium and Dinner at Medicose Park will end the day.
On 29th Dec. 2001 Breakfast, Introduction and remixing of families, Lunch, Entertainment and sports for kids and family, high tea at IMA Auditorium followed by cultural evening and grand gala dinner at Maharajbag club lawns.
On 30th Dec. 2001 we all proceed for grand enjoyable picnic to nearby resort.
It has been proposed to contribute Rs. 5000/- each by batchmates to cover all expenses towards the programme & Souvenir with family photograph and biodata including artistic memento for all members. Please send your contribution by DD in favour of 'Silver Jubilee 77, G.M.C. Nagpur" payable at Nagpur.

For souvenir please send original articles in Hindi, Marathi and English contributed by ours members or their family members. Also send your recent family photograph of postcard size. If you have some college life photograph we will be delighted to include in the souvenir to delight everybody. There will be tab aur ub meaning then and now column for which you are requested to send your zendu photograph at the time of admission.
Lastly all the programme details above are flexible and can moulded on your suggestion. Please write back immediately. Please await future correspondence and keep us informed.
